Assisted me after Ava’slet me down by not delivering my order. Was not able to speak to a human to correct problem. Unlike Juan,who guaranteed he would make my beautiful order happen! He was professional & very personal, and the flowers were amazing! My many thanks to Juan & his crew for making this floral delivery happen, when I know how very busy the shop was!!
